I had a problem with the charging port and when i contacted the support team, they quickly sent me the replacement port.

This lil scooter can. very sleek and well made. Will do 21 mph, on a full battery, but this will drain it faster also.@ 2nd speed about 13 mph, this will indeed go 28 miles. @ the faster speed you get about half that.

The Isin Hyper X electric scooter is a powerful and fun scooter, I was skeptical of buying this scooter but it turned out to be an excellent choice. The only drawback was my front fender was crammed in the front fork and was twisted and bent, I have asked for a replacement fender from Isinwheel, will follow up on fender later, but so far, 5 star rating!! The support team (Jessica) is outstanding!!

There was nothing that I disliked about this this scooter. The company that made it surely knew what they were doing. The bike is perfect for my age. It is perfect. It is smooth ride. It's got all the features. Best of all, you can't beat the price. The company that made this bike gets not five stars 10 Stars

I appreciated the quick Customer Service responses to my questions about the HyperX. I was concerned about whether or not the display showed the remaining battery capacity correctly because the display fluctuates between 2 - 5 bars. Customer Support assured me this is the normal behavior. I have to wait for better weather so I can get a better feel for it. But the Customer Service is great!

This is a nice scooter runs great and smooth ride, I have no complaints about the scooter itself, the only thing is the instructions on assembling it are vague at best, but after watching the video it helped, finally got it put together. I have already recommended this scooter to my brother who is going to buy one after a test ride. Worth the money compared to others in the same price range this one has a more powerful motor than many others.
