I had a problem with the charging port and when i contacted the support team, they quickly sent me the replacement port.

This lil scooter can. very sleek and well made. Will do 21 mph, on a full battery, but this will drain it faster also.@ 2nd speed about 13 mph, this will indeed go 28 miles. @ the faster speed you get about half that.

The Isin Hyper X electric scooter is a powerful and fun scooter, I was skeptical of buying this scooter but it turned out to be an excellent choice. The only drawback was my front fender was crammed in the front fork and was twisted and bent, I have asked for a replacement fender from Isinwheel, will follow up on fender later, but so far, 5 star rating!! The support team (Jessica) is outstanding!!

There was nothing that I disliked about this this scooter. The company that made it surely knew what they were doing. The bike is perfect for my age. It is perfect. It is smooth ride. It's got all the features. Best of all, you can't beat the price. The company that made this bike gets not five stars 10 Stars

Super fun to ride and everything seems to work as expected. The basket takes a few pieces of baling wire to tie it down and you need to have two large zip ties for the power cord lower front or it sticks out and rubs the fender. The assembly is easy enough although the instructions were not completely accurate the video was helpful. Having the supplied tool s made it easy.

Like the other reviews i found that the Battery does not last as long as it says it will,but it did last for 18 miles on flat roads and i weigh 210 lbs.
The charging time was faster than it says and it did show up with a full charge and it didn't take very long putting it together as it is almost together when you open it,just open cut the zip ties holding it down and install the steering post,seat and basket and your good to go !
It has a very comfortable seat and great breaks !
Was a good buy for the money and has been doing great for 60 charges so far.

I love this scooter! My 20 pound dog fits perfectly on the deck. It’s a little slow up hills, but that is to be expected. The charge lasts a long time too! It has also gotten wet and still works just fine.
