So I thought I had a different battery with insert but I was wrong I made sure to pick the right adapter itheres an MR30.and MT30 just remember to check your board type before buying
A little disappointed the battery came in a plastic bag, as long as was wrapped in bubble wrap right 🤷? Hopefully nothing happened on the journey here.
Love that the battery pack can be replaced this fast. Give you the opportunity to extend your range, too. Two things that can be improved. First. the charger plug should be in the battery, not in the skate. The charge controller (bms) is in the battery. Putting the plug there allows you to charge the battery without the skate. Or you could sell an adapter from the plug to that xt 3 or 2 pins
Second. The way they put the connector in the battery and the skate makes it difficult to plug and easy to get lost when installing the battery. Just give extra caboe and little space for the connector to sest when the battery is plugged. The skate is good. especially for the price range. The remote is a little too big, but ok. I hope this company does not disappear like SkateBolt and I can continue getting parts

Absolutely zero response from customer service from this brand and shipping company. I made a mistake ordering a battery and shipped to my previous address. The same day and the next couple days I tried reaching out to customer service and no answer. The package took 9 days to hear and no response at all in that time.
I ordered this product, I then received the wrong product ( Wrong Connection Source / battery )
I then contacted them via Email & was told my only option is to pay $50 to return the item, they responded after 48hr+ each time & I only got 2 responses until they started to Ignore me entirely.
Since then I still haven’t got a replacement for the correct battery , neither a email back regarding the situation.
I wouldn’t recommend purchasing through this company directly, Amazon has much better customer support & provide the same item at the same price.
I didn’t use that much to do full review but I can tell that this one is pretty good one ☝️
