I got the bike about 5 days earlier than the expected date was. It came nicely packaged, the assembly took about 40 minutes, it was a little bit confusing, but we got it done. The seat it comes with, in my opinion, is very uncomfortable, but I am also a bigger person, however, my brother is very thin and he also thought it was uncomfortable, so I bought a new seat and it worked out fine. The headlight is actually really good as well. We were able to get it to go to a speed of 30mph on flat ground by using the pedal assist and the throttle at the same time. The tires came pretty flat, but they included an air pump for them. The bike looks really nice overall, I really like the black. It's a really good bike for the price, and I'm glad I got this one

Haven’t been on the road yet, but installation was super easy with the video. I read reviews about the seat so I ordered one ahead of time and boy was I glad I did that!

I’m about 40 miles into owning my bike in a little under a month and I must admit this has been a pure investment! I ride to and from work daily with this and will even be able to pick up a second job without worrying about gas, insurance or crazy expensive repairs. If weather was never an issue I’d probably ride this bike as my main mode of transportation forever. The assembly was mad easy and the battery life has been solid. The build quality is on point. The power of the bike is unmatched like it gets wild being on a bike hitting 15-20MPH but it never feels too powerful. The seat could be more comfortable but nonetheless it’s worth every penny especially being able to handle my size being 300+ most bikes that carry my weight are upward of $1000 from what I’ve seen.

I was looking for an affordable e-bike and I ended up purchasing this bike. It was easy to assemble and it’s great bang for your buck. The battery has sufficient capacity and cruises at 20mph nicely. I like that it has a cruise control feature and different power settings. Overall it’s a solid, comfortable, and affordable e-bike to get around in.

I've never had such a positive experience with a product. I'd give this bike 6 stars if I could, because of how great it is. The battery doesn't take too long to charge and it lasts for hours. The bike has never died on me yet because of how much juice is in the battery. I can go for miles on full throttle before I even lose 40%. You can just imagine how far you could get on a full battery if you used pedal assist. I don't even feel like driving my car sometimes and would rather ride this bike instead because of how quick and easy to work it is. The assembly was a breeze and easier than buying a car. Perfect alternative to having a vehicle. Not to mention the support team offers the best support you could possibly get from any company. I ran into an issue concerning the bike, not at its fault, shortly after purchasing it and the support team was able to help me work it out.

I appreciated that the assembly went as well as it did. If you have assembled a bicycle before, this will not be a problem. Plug battery in to charge me first so it is charging while you assemble. Expect about a 3 hour assembly. Use patience. The bike comes with all tools necessary. The directions are not conducive, so expect to look at pictures. The parts are higher quality than expected. Use common sense and YouTube videos if you need assistance. Shipping was faster than expected, too. The battery will get the back tire up to 20.4mph when the back tire in lifted off the ground. It is a present for my 14 year old so it should provide everything he needs. So far, a great product!

I almost never write reviews for anything. But this bike is super awesome. I know people spend thousands on e-bikes, but not sure why. This is among the most affordable and after reading all the good reviews I bought it. Very easy to put together out of the box. I’ll give a couple tips at the end of this review.

Just took my first full ride - 5 miles on a sandy path here in Colorado. Rode like it was pavement and the shocks made the ride comfortable, like being on pavement.

When put in assist mode, level 4 out of 5, you just lightly pedal and the motor kicks in at that speed (the motor speed) and you don’t even need to use the throttle. It’s like a gentle bike ride with the motor working unknowingly, yet now you are cruising at 15-18 mph with no effort at all - but still feels like you are riding a bike. That’s just on assist level 4. Honestly, I wouldn’t want a bike that is much faster. Even on the sandy trail I could hit 20 mph when on level 4 out of 5 when I gave decent pedaling at gear 7 out of 7 (on the traditional chain).

I’m not a bike rider at all, but involved in tons of outdoor activities. Now with this bike, I will be riding all the time! It’s the coolest toy I’ve ever had and I have lots of outdoor toys.

Highly recommend this bike. I will say, however, that I’m 5’8” and the length from saddle to handle bars is perfect. Someone a lot over 6’ might feel it’s too short. Not certain, but just a caution. 5’4”-6’, it’s perfect.

Now on putting it together out of the box. Not a huge deal, but one little tip to save time is to make sure you put the front wheel splash guard on AT THE SAME TIME as when you screw on the head lamp!!! The directions don’t make this clear. Also, once the head lamp is screwed on, push it down a little with your hand so that it shoots straight and not upwards. The light is really bright!

Last tip since I was new to e-bikes. To turn it on all you do is flip the switch at the top of the battery unit and then hold the “M” on the handlebar computer thing. The power indicator on the side of the battery has nothing to do with turning it on. It’s just an indicator.

If you purchase this bike, enjoy! Hope this review gives confidence. I’m probably going to get another one so a family member can ride with me - otherwise I’d blow them out of the water with endurance and speed with this Ebike!

My son loved the bike

This bike I’ve had for the past 2 weeks and works likes a dream, I use it to go from my house to work and work back to my house and the battery life is outstanding some areas I ride in have a incline and have a rocky road and the tires and bike handles it very good I’m 6’1 and weigh 280lbs and this bike gets to 20mph
